This is an omelette of some kind ... when I tried it, I liked it. Hope you guys like it too.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 finely choped onions
- 5 to 6 finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 to 3 pieces of garlic finely cut
- 2 to 3 chopped green chilles
- 2 tejpatta
- Soya sauce
- Chilli sauce
- Black pepper powder
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Oil
Procedure
- Take a frying pan,now put about 3 to 4 table spoons of oil.
- When the oil gets heated, put the 2 tejpatta leaves in it.
- After that, add to it finely cut garlic, and chopped green chillies.
- Then add finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- All this time, gas should be on high.
- Now add the soya sauce and chilli sauce (depending on how spicy you want the gravy) and then add salt to taste.
- Let it simmer for about 5 mins.
- After that, take out the gravy on the plate.
- Now take a bowl. Add eggs to it, add some black pepper powder and salt and mix it well.
- Now take a frying pan, empty the contents of the bowl in the frying pan. Spread the mixture evenly and take care that the omelette not be very thick. The gas should be low all this time.
- Now spread the gravy evenly on this omlette and let it be till the omlette is completely cooked. Do not flip it over, and do not worry that it will be half fried. It will be completely cooked.
- Serve hot!
My advice is, don't eat bread or anything for that matter with it. It tastes awesome just like that!
